MEMBERSHIP SUPPORT OFFICER
BACKGROUND:
Active Retirement Ireland (ARI) is a voluntary organisation for older
people with a national membership of over **Apply on the

website** local associations. Founded in **Apply on the website** and
currently organised into nine regional councils, the movement?s
principal aim is to help men and women, who are retired or
semi-retired, from paid or unpaid work, to lead a full, happy and
healthy retirement by offering organised opportunities for a wide
range of activities ? holidays, outings and socials; creative and
learning programmes; indoor and outdoor sports and community work.

website**+ years and cover a range of socio-economic backgrounds.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Operations & Finance Manager, the Membership Support
Officer will provide support within the National Office to the Active
Retirement Ireland membership.
The ideal candidate will have:
* At least 3 years? proven experience in administration roles
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Word,
Excel and Outlook
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced
work environment
* Excellent communication skills, with a willingness and ability to
work with and contribute to the team
* Enthusiasm for the aims and objectives of Active Retirement
Ireland
