Job Summary:

The PMO Program Coordinator will be responsible for driving the
Operational Readiness of the Company&#**Apply on the website**;s
expansion, including New Production, Utilities and Warehousing.

Work and coordinate with multiple workstream deliverables to ensure
the Client start-up strategy is ready to be used and deployed during
and post facility and equipment OQ, through to commercial manufacture.

Responsibilities:

* Drive the operational readiness planning for the site from OQ phase
to filing

* Work with construction, C&Q and Operational readiness workstream
teams on schedule integration, identification of threats to the
program and mitigations identifications

* Provide status updates on a regular basis to functional directors
and project leadership on operational readiness workstream performance

* Implement program risk management process to identify risks &
opportunities related to activities

* Oversight and control of budget for activities post OQ, including
resources, materials and other expense requirements

* Build the process, toolkits/checklists and schedule required by the
team to actively carry out a successful start-up of the facility

* Drive visible performance managements, use KPIs to track progress,
monitor actual performance vs plan promoting awareness to drive
improvement, identify opportunity and prepare specific action plans

* Develop, model and implement strategies to improve scheduling
capability and adherence and integration with other project phases

* Work with project schedulers (pre and post OQ) to coordinate the
integration of CQV and operational readiness project schedules via
primavera P6 and MS Excel

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

* Bachelor&#**Apply on the website**;s degree in Project Management
preferred but will also consider candidates with a science /
engineering qualification

* Previous experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical
industry

* 5+ years&#**Apply on the website**; experience in project and
program execution

* Understanding of full project lifecycle

* Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge of Primavera P6 preferred Pharmaceutical
