SOCIAL CARE LEADER / CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER (CNM1)

We are currently seeking applications for the position of full time
Social Care Leader / Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM 1) for a permanent
contract in Co. Wexford Community Workshop (Enniscorthy) CLG.
ROLE SUMMARY:
The successful candidate will support the Residential and Day Services
Manager in the total management of their unit in the following:
promote independence and positive risk management; progression onto
further education and training; skill learning and personal outcomes;
to promote community participation and community inclusion; and
promoting and supporting ability.
There is currently 1 x permanent whole-time vacancy available and 1 x
temporary whole-time position. A panel may be formed as a result of
this competition from which current and future, permanent, fixed term
and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be
filled over the next **Apply on the website** months. This panel is
for all Social Care Leader / CNM1 in all areas of the service ?
Residential / Day Services and community based work.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
* Qualification in Social Care, Nursing, or qualification in Health
or Social Care Management on minimum level 7 on the National Framework
for Qualifications (NFQ).
* Have at least 2 years recent relevant experience in relevant
setting
* At least 1 years? supervisory experience
* Have a full clean driving license
DESIRABLE:
* Management Qualification
