Community Healthcare East Mental Health Services provide a wide range
of community and residential supports to people living in the areas of
Southeast Dublin and East Wicklow.? These services are provided by
the HSE and St John of God?s (Cluain Mhuire) Adult Mental Health
teams and are working towards a recovery approach to service delivery
throughout the region.?
Mental Health services in Community Healthcare East are actively
implementing the actions contained within our ?National Framework
for Recovery Mental Health **Apply on the website**?.
Community Healthcare East is partnering with Mental Health Ireland to
develop, deliver and embed Recovery education programmes within
existing services and to local communities. ?This aims to introduce a
Recovery education plan that supports and increases the recovery
orientation of the service,? providing service users and family
members & supporters with greater opportunities to achieve positive
recovery outcomes.
Applicants will have a strong and demonstrable commitment to recovery
informed by lived or family member mental health experience and
experience of co-production and faciltation of recovery education
programmes. The successful candidate must demonstrate:
* Experience of active involvement in mental health recovery
education.
* Commitment to recovery, informed by relevant lived experience or
family member mental health experience.
* Strong and demonstrable experience of group facilitation or
similar engagement processes with service users and family members as
relevant to this role.
These positions will be offered on a **Apply on the website** month
fixed term contract basis.? Successful candidates will be based at
one of a variety of sites delivering Recovery Education in Southeast
Dublin or East Wicklow and will be negotiated on commencement in the
role.
