Systems Administrator/Sharepoint
Position: Systems Administrator (Sharepoint)

We are one of the largest, best known Pharmaceutical companies in the
industry and our products are known globally.

We are looking to recruit an administrator with prior experience of
SharePoint to join us on an initial **Apply on the website** month
contract. You will be responsible for general administration duties
covering both upstream and downstream and maintenance of departments
SharePoint management system folders across both disciplines.

Prior experience of using SharePoint is essential to be considered for
this position.

Prior experience gained within a pharmaceutical / biotech environment
is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities include:

* Maintain, scan and upload documents into the SharePoint or other
data repositories.

* Managing and updating dashboards and metrics.

* Assist with the development of standard operating procedures,
training documents and other documents as required.

* Collect data and populate MS Excel and MS Access Tables, update and
manage revision changes.

* Can generate and deliver presentations as required.

* Schedule organise and review meetings.

* Liaising with teams to ensure that the correct information is
captured.

* Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager.

* Organise and administrate site visits both internal and external.

* Ensure all communications are delivered.

* Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.

* Strong communications, organizational and analytical skills.

* Self-motivated with high attention to detail.

* Participate in conducting audits across the site ensuring the site
is audit/inspection ready.

* Work collaboratively to drive a safe and compliant culture in
Dublin. May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

* Take ownership of all admin activity associated with both
upstream/downstream activities.
