Ensuring that all customers are dealt with in a friendly manner.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
First line support to clients experiencing problems or technical issues
Customer Service
Handle complaints and queries
Undertake any requests for graphic creation and amendments
Basic design work to include, forms, templates, wrappers and smart attachments.
Manage job set up and submission across all services.
Manage all traffic for more complex customers.
Assistance to clients in the use of the range of services
KEY DIMENSION
The success of this position will be measured by the timely and accurate submission of customer jobs and the prompt and complete resolution of customer queries.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential
Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Word incorporating mail merge and Front Page.
The ability to manipulate data within Excel and Access.
Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
Previous experience of HTML and web based commands such as PHP and/or PHP.
Experience of working in a B2B Customer Service focused environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to liase directly with clients in order to deliver training sessions
Desirable
Working knowledge of UNIX and UNIX based commands
Detailed knowledge of browsers and browsers settings (Proxy server etc)
Working knowledge of design applications (ADOBE Photoshop/Macromedia Dreamweaver)
