assisted those most at risk of marginalisation and isolation in
Ireland to better their lives. With a non-judgmental, trauma-informed
approach, your company understands the complex interplay of the
factors that contribute to homelessness, including addition and
psychological needs.

YOUR NEW ROLE

In your new role as a Project Worker or Night Safety Attendant, you
will empower clients by respecting their rights and diversity and
treating them with dignity and respect. You will provide effective
care and support by acknowledging the challenges your clients face and
dealing with situations sensitively.
You will coordinate the support plans of assigned key-clients and take
oversee the administration responsibilities for them. You will
collaborate with colleagues to promote the wellbeing of clients.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

To be successful as a Project Worker or Night Safety Attendant you
will have a minimum QQI level 5 in Social Care or another related
field. You should have 1 year of experience working with homelessness,
and availability to work day and night shifts. You should have good
written, oral and IT skills. Conflict resolution skills and a good
understanding of low threshold services and the harm reduction model
would make you a strong candidate.

WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURN

As a new Project Worker or Night Safety Attendant, you will have
flexibility over shifts with options to do early, evening or night
shifts, with premiums on Sundays. You will receive **Apply on the
website** days annual leave pro rata (based on **Apply on the
website**-hour week). You will receive necessary trainings to develop
your skills to prepare you for the role. You will gain invaluable and
transferable experience from veteran teams across Dublin city.
