FUNDRAISING COORDINATOR
We are searching for an experienced Fundraising Coordinator with
excellent marketing, planning and strategy budget and calendar for the
year.
They will need to have experience in project management for
fundraising campaigns and appeals. Digital Marketing is also important
in this post as well as experience in community events and events
management. As the club is family and community driven the candidate
will need to be a fantastic networker who has experience in
maintaining and developing relationships in the community the club and
local businesses.
Successful candidate will report to the Management Team
FUNDRAISING COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Conducting research on fundraising opportunities.
* Implementing a fundraising Strategy Budget & Calendar of Events
* Monthly Reporting to the Board
* Event organisation, marketing, and working with volunteers at
events
* Administrative lead for WordPress, ensuring all elements of the
content, events, and blogs are updated and working well.
* Responsible for communication and content gathering for Lakers
weekly email updates and quarterly printed newsletter.
* Administrative lead for text messaging system; including data
updates, user permissions etc.
* Social Media: Working with the Communications team, you will be
responsible for the marketing element of the social media calendar
promoting events, appeals, and club activities.
* Responsible for Quarterly appeals to our clubs database to spread
awareness of Lakers, fundraising opportunities, and volunteer options.
* Developing & maintaining relationships with corporate sponsors,
local businesses, and other services in the area to support our
fundraising projects & events.
* Annual grant applications & grant expenditure reports.
FUNDRAISING COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS;
* **Apply on the website** years of fundraising experience.
* Previous experience in sales or marketing also acceptable.
* Sound knowledge of the charity sector.
* Event or project management experience
* Knowledge of WordPress, Canva, and Digital Marketing for
Fundraising.
* Excellent written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills.
