_ROLE: MEMBERSHIP SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR_

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Membership Support
Administrator to join our team based in Dublin. The primary purpose of
this role is to support the Cii Team to deliver excellent services and
experiences for our charity organisation members. The role is
multifaceted, requiring a strong degree of initiative, relationship
management and stakeholder engagement. Collaborating with multiple
stakeholders, the key priorities include member engagement and
support, organising training courses, meetings & events, communication
and data management.

Our ideal candidate will be forward-thinking, imaginative, reliable,
and a fantastic multitasker. As well as being extremely organised, we
are looking for someone who is ambitious, has proven experience, and
is eager to learn. This is a great opportunity for you if you like
working with people, you?re eager to get stuck in and enjoy variety

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:

* Relationship management and stakeholder engagement experience.
* Excellent organisation and administrative skills with strong
attention to detail
* Ability to time manage effectively
* An ability to work well under pressure, resilient and solutions
focused.
* Minimum 2 ? 3 years? experience in a similar role
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & work to deadlines
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ? fluent
written & spoken English is essential
* Propensity to think outside the box and bring own ideas
* Highly motivated and capable of working on own initiative and be a
team player

KEY PRIORITIES WILL INCLUDE:

* Stakeholder engagement and collaboration.

desirable
* An ability to develop, implement and oversee good systems,
processes, and procedures that deliver high-quality membership
services.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* General member support/administration duties
* Manage external contractors on digital marketing campaigns
* Manage Cii website and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to
ensure all content is relevant and up to date
* Organising & coordinating training courses & events
* Supporting Board & Governance work
* Managing office facilities
* Assisting with ADHOC duties
