JOB DESCRIPTION:

Community Foundation for Ireland has grown substantially in the last
number of years and are in the process of updating systems and
business processes to support an expanded business operating model.
The purpose of this role is to work with the Community Foundation for
Ireland team to develop a Request for Proposal for a new Operating
System and to project manage the selection of an IT service provider.

_RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:_

_SYSTEM TENDER PROCESS_

* Development of key requirements for new Operating system
* Development of Tender documentation covering business, IT,
compliance, data and security requirements
* Management of the tender process

_IT SERVICES CONTRACT:_

Community Foundation for Ireland is moving to a standalone IT platform
and needs to tender to several suppliers for a fully integrated IT
service. The successful candidate will:

* Define the services required (in conjunction with key stakeholders)
* Prepare Tender documentation
* Manage the tender process
* Project manage the implementation of new service provider

_PROJECT MANAGEMENT_

The successful candidate may be asked to project management a few
smaller projects as and when they arise

EXPERIENCE:

* Expertise in project management and process development
* Supporting the development of business and technical requirements
* Understanding of data management and data mapping
* Expertise in IT including management information systems, IT
system architecture, IT system selection and implementation
* Experience of change management in a complex, dynamic environment

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

Creative and innovative individual experience and knowledge of human
service design and delivery. Experience and knowledge of technology to
capture and track engagement whilst ensuring staff experience remains
client focussed.

Ability to manage and drive a diverse portfolio of responsibilities.

A clear understanding of how technology, data collection and analysis
can lever insights to enable the continuous development of services
and supports to drive organisation effectiveness.

As a driver of change, the project manager will require excellent
interpersonal skills to ensure buy in from staff across the
organisation.
