THE ROLE: Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Executive
Management Team, the Head of Quality, Risk and Compliance plays a
pivotal role in achieving the objectives from the Dublin Simon
Community Rolling Strategic Plan, **Apply on the website** and beyond.

The successful candidate will be responsible for will be responsible
for the delivery and management of quality, risk and compliance
systems in Dublin Simon Community and Dundalk Simon Community.

The purpose of this role is to ensure the creation of an
infrastructure that will facilitate organizational adherence to best
practice quality standards, risk management and compliance with
regulation and legislation, evidenced by audit results, client
satisfaction and illustration of adherence to best practice standards.

THE PERSON: The ideal candidate will bring a blend of communication,
people and leadership skills together with experience of strategic
planning, advocacy, financial and operational management. This role
requires a leader who will collaborate and build strategic
partnerships, demonstrating tenacity and a commitment to quality and
continuous improvement.

Dublin Simon Community seeks an inspirational, passionate and
compassionate leader to join the Executive Leadership Team who
embodies dignity in provision of services and housing to people
experiencing homelessness. This is a pivotal leadership appointment in
organisation.
