DIRECTOR (IMPLEMENTATION)?
CES is seeking a dynamic Director to join our Senior Management Team.
The successful candidate will help CES to drive and develop its
strategic objectives and fulfil its purpose to improve the lives of
people on the island of Ireland. They will work as part of the Senior
Management Team to enhance the business development function within
CES and contribute to the development of professional practice in
relation to improving human services. They will also be responsible
for the development and management of CES programmes of work, leading
and delivering on a number of key organisation-wide all-island
projects.?
The postholder will demonstrate a strong understanding of programme
implementation methodologies and evaluation of implementation in the
areas of health, education, social care, or justice. Experience in
leading organisations and people is also essential.??
The position is offered on a contract duration of three years and both
full time and part time hours will be considered. The successful
candidate will benefit from a competitive package which includes a
