OUT OF HOURS CASE WORKER
JOB TITLE: Out of Hours Case Worker
REPORTING TO: Manager of Out of Hours Service
LOCATION: Covering the four Midlands Counties of Longford, Laois,
Offaly & Westmeath
HOURS: **Apply on the website** hours per week ? weekday evenings
and some weekends
CONTRACT: Fixed term (**Apply on the website** months)
OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
* To respond appropriately to the needs of individuals sleeping
rough, or who are in need of support outside of normal business hours
in an outreach capacity.
* To conduct interventions with individuals experiencing
homelessness by providing them with basic supports, information and
advice.
* Work from Trauma Informed Care model.
