and developing co-operative housing in Ireland. Since their foundation

homeownership, shared ownership, and social rented co-operatives. With
their membership of democratically controlled local co-operatives,

Ireland as well as providing a network of childcare services in their
communities.

ABOUT THE ROLE

CHI continues to promote the co-operative housing sector as a solution
to housing needs throughout Ireland. As a result of the rapid
expansion in their activity, a need has been identified for an Area
Housing Services Manager who will ensure the provision of high-quality
services to CHI members and facilitate the continued growth of the
organisation by managing and supporting the development of CHI Housing
Officers, in the Greater Dublin Area.

Reporting to the National Housing Services Manager, the Area Housing
Services Manager will be responsible for several local communities and
will actively contribute to the development of a rapidly growing and
changing organisation at a national level.

CHI are seeking an individual with experience in tenancy and estate
management, and a proven record of managing a team effectively. They
will be expected to work with colleagues to deliver high quality and
consistent service to members and assist with the preparation and
monitoring of budgets.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate in-depth
knowledge of the provision of social housing, including the policy,
legislative and regulatory frameworks governing the sector; and will
be passionate about CHI?s purpose. They will integrate well with
internal and external stakeholders and bring colleagues along through
their passion, enthusiasm, and knowledge of the business.
