Clare Haven Services, is a voluntary organisation which provides a
wide range of support services to women and children subjected to
domestic abuse. Clare Haven Services promotes the rights of women and
children to live and grow in a peaceful, non-violent home environment.

WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITION:

OFFICES SUPERVISOR

Clare Haven Services is seeking an exceptional candidate for the post
of Offices Supervisor. This role will support organisational,
logistical and administrative operations. The role will support the
smooth and efficient running of the internal functions of the
organisation and ensuring that workplace administration is carried out
effectively and kept up to date. The role will ensure support for the
administrative staff and for health and safety within the
organisation. We are looking for a qualified, committed individual who
is passionate about bringing professionalism and compliances to a busy
frontline service to ensure continuous improvement in policies and
procedures for the benefit of all within the service.

THERE WILL BE 4 STRANDS TO THIS WORK:

* To enhance our IT and data administration.
* To support frontline delivery of services in a residential
setting.
* To assist in financial and human resource processes.
* To enhance systems, processes, procedures and controls to ensure
continuous improvement and compliance whilst ensuring adherence to
charity, constitutional, regulatory and legal obligations.

HOURS OF WORK

The post is an **Apply on the website** month fixed term subject to
funding. The candidate will be required to be reliable and flexible
regarding their hours of work and duties assigned. The working hours
will be determined by the need of the service. Salary based on
mid-points of the HSE Clerical Grade IV salary scale (?**Apply on

experience.

QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:

* Relevant third level qualification minimum QQI level 7 accounting,
business, business administration, HR, financial management or
equivalent
* Experience working in the charity or community and voluntary
sector.
* Minimum of two years paid experience in administration/financial
management
* Experience in Analytics, Problem solving & decision making skills
* Experience of working in multidisciplinary teams
* Excellent IT skills including knowledge of record keeping,
computerised and manual payroll/book-keeping/HR systems, database
systems & Microsoft Office
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment and to be reactive to the
needs of a busy service.
* Ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders with a
professional and courteous manner
* Be committed to work in partnership with stakeholders
* Office management experience and excellent organisational skills
* Report writing abilities
* Outstanding administrative and organisational skills

ESSENTIAL

* Third level qualification to Level 7 or higher on the National
Framework of Qualifications, in accounting, business, business
administration, hr, management or equivalent.
* Analytical skills
* Problem solving & decision making skills, with excellent attention
to detail
* A team worker with an ability to prioritise tasks and to work well
under pressure.
* Outstanding Communication, administrative and organisational
skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to working on own as well as be a
strong team contributor.
* Excellent IT skills including knowledge of record keeping and
database systems.

DESIRABLE

* Professional qualification and experience in relationship
management, leadership, service development / delivery, process
improvement, project management
* Has previous experience of working in voluntary or community
settings.
* Proven ability to set own work plans with a progress tracking
system in line with objectives set by line manager
* Enjoys working with people and is passionate about social justice
* Building & Maintaining Relationships skills, with a professional
and courteous manner with an exceptionally strong ?customer
service? orientation
* Knowledge of Clare Haven Services Knowledge of Domestic Abuse and
its impacts women and children
* Flexibility & adaptability
