Cavan /Monaghan Mental Health Services is a community based service.
The services are working towards a recovery approach to service
delivery. The service is made up of Community Mental Health Teams
(CMHT) that aims to offer supports to adults, children, adolescents,
their supporters and family in their own home. Cavan Monaghan Mental
Health Service is working towards implementing The National Framework
for Recovery Mental Health **Apply on the website**.
Cavan Monaghan Mental Health Service is partnering with Mental Health
Ireland to develop, deliver and embed the National Mental Service
Recovery Education priorities in services. This aims to introduce a
Recovery Education plan to increase the recovery orientation of the
services and provide service users, family members/carers with greater
opportunities to achieve recovery outcomes.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST DEMONSTRATE:
* Commitment to recovery informed by relevant lived experience of
mental health challenges or experience of supporting a family member
with their mental health challenges.
* Strong and demonstrable experience of group facilitation or
similar engagement processes with service users and family members as
relevant to this role.
* Excellent IT skills that must include Microsoft Suite and Online
Platforms.
