CES: Research & Evaluation Senior Project Specialist
RESEARCH & EVALUATION SENIOR PROJECT SPECIALIST

CES is seeking an exceptional senior researcher to lead the
development and delivery of large and complex projects that support
the use of evidence and implementation of initiatives. This work will
be in a range of areas including human?services and across child,
family, health, justice, and education, as well as local government
or?community sectors at local?or national levels.

The postholder will also lead organisational learning and development
in research and evaluation.

The successful candidate will have a?doctoral?qualification in a
relevant discipline and a minimum of five?years??work
experience?at a senior level?in a relevant role.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE (BUT WILL NOT BE LIMITED
TO):

* Working in a collaborative manner with internal and external
stakeholders, to ensure effective working relationships.
* Leading a multidisciplinary team in the delivery of high quality
and timely evidenced informed projects.
* Collaborating with other Senior Project Specialists in CES.
* Representing and promoting CES in Ireland and internationally as
appropriate.
* Maintaining and developing their own area of expertise, while
keeping abreast of best practice developments.
* Compliance with all CES policies and standards especially
regarding resource management, project management and performance
management.

The position is offered on a full-time basis, for a contract duration
of 3 years. A secondment arrangement of two to three years would also
be considered. The successful candidate will benefit from a
