As a game designer, you will:
Come up with new game ideas and concepts.
Prepare simple game design documents for game production.
Upload game graphics to TutoTOONS game mechanic templates.
Analyze and optimize the game (improve player retention, gameplay and level design, game monetization, virality).
Think up the best game title, find keywords and write game description for app stores.
Support other game designers by sharing your knowledge and teaching or coaching them, and help us grow TutoTOONS creative community.
Skills and experience you will need:
Experience in game concept and level design.
Ability to prototype and iterate fast.
Free-to-play games monetization knowledge.
Motivation to learn and work intensively, both by yourself and as a team.
Creativity, rational thinking and good decision making skills.
