Asset Management Lead, EMEA
Facebook?s Enterprise Operations Supply Chain is responsible for
fulfilling all internal end user IT needs, alongside an expanding
product and services fulfillment portfolio. We build integrated,
scalable and robust processes, and support systems, to manage service
deployment, delivery and inventory end to end life cycle.

We are currently looking for an experienced, insightful, individual to
help define, build, manage and execute. The successful candidate must
be forward-thinking with a strong ability to design and execute
products that power the enterprise.

_YOU WILL_ play a key role in reimagining efficiency by shipping
transformative products that serve diverse aspects of the enterprise.

This is a full-time position based in our Dublin office with less than

Lead the ideation, technical development, implementation and or
integration of innovative processes to support our growing product
mix.

Own the end to end asset management process and systems for new
business support streams

Support Regional IT Logistics services as a process owner, including
but not limited to operational oversight, governance, H&S adherence,
service improvement, efficiency gains, risk management and mitigation,
issue resolution, and overall service guidance for processes within
your remit.

Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on
priorities leading to product execution

New business stream integration

Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products or
services

Drive process efficiency and automation on an aggressive timeline with
a team of world-class engineers and designers

Identify the key levers that have the greatest impact on operational
efficiencies

Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the
process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm

Develop and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with key
decision makers and with the wider enterprise organization

Ensure that all activities for own area of responsibility are
performed in line with local tax and accounting policies and
procedures

Advise stakeholders of supplier, market, commercial and contractual
issues and risk

Establish, maintain and follow-up frame agreements with region
strategic suppliers

Cooperate across disciplines and departments at regional and global
level

Perform a variety of supply chain tasks with awareness across
cultural, geographic and political environments

Service owner for all internal/external audit requirements

Ensure Trade Compliance and related operational requirements

Project mgmt. formal qualification or relevant experience managing
transformational projects5+ years of supply chain experience, with
focus on operational excellence, process improvement, inventory
management, forward and reverse logistics5+ years of experience with
enterprise inventory management & ticketing systems5+ years of
experience optimizing supply chain processes to meet end customer
SLA5+ years of experience managing regionally and/or globally
dispersed assets
