Your new company, based in County Monaghan is the leading provider of
therapeutic residential care for children in Ireland. Your new company

YOUR NEW ROLE
In your new role as Home Manager, you will manage the home in
fulfilment of its Statement of Purpose. You will ensure and maintain a
safe and caring environment in compliance with relevant childcare
legislation and national standards. Your bespoke career progression
plan will begin on your first day.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
To be successful, you will hold a Level 8 degree in Social Care and
ideally have a full clean driving licence with access to a car. In
addition, you will have 5 years? experience working in children?s
residential care. With one years? experience in management, you will
be a very strong candidate for this role.
