EMEA BDG Senior Business Advisor
EMEA BDG Applications Senior Business Advisor The Applications
Business Development Group (BDG) in EMEA reports to Francois-Xavier
Leclercq and is a team of over **Apply on the website** business
development representatives across offices in Dublin and Cairo. The
Business Advisor core activity involves finding the most relevant
slices of data that will indicate the current state of the business
and presenting those in a succinct manner.

This implies recurrent analysis of lead volumes, pipeline creation,
performance against targets and KPIs, as well as ad-hoc reporting as
required by our stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supporting the EMEA BDG Applications Leadership team in building
coherent Business Updates for the Sales & Marketing Stakeholders using
story telling through data techniques Act as liaison between the BDG
Operations, BDG Leadership, Marketing & Sales Translate BDG business
needs to the BDG Operations team in order to help build coherent
reporting to support the EMEA BDG Applications Management team success
Pipeline Progression & Sales Cycle Analysis Weekly Forecast Analysis
Marketing Leads trends & Outbound Campaigns performance analysis
Create and maintain SOP file for BDG Collaborate with the Marketing
Operations team during the yearly planning period in order to build
the BDG Pipeline Creation Forecast in line with the BDG, Marketing &
Sales business requirements Build the quarterly individual targets in
accordance with the Pipeline Creation Forecast Support the EMEA BDG VP
make data-driven business decisions Monitor Pipeline Creation Target
achievement of the EMEA BDG Applications Org.

and flag gaps to the relevant teams Support the Business Analyst in
finalizing the EMEA BDG Performance Report at the end of every fiscal
quarter and make sure that the data is accurate @ individual level
before releasing the report to the Incentive Compensation team Support
the Business Analyst in building the quarterly achievement on which
the Productivity Specialists will be compensated in accordance to the
KPIs set in place at the beginning of the FY Work with the EMEA BDG
Management team in identifying and implementing business improvement
solutions Getting a deep understanding of the Sales, BDG & Marketing
organizations structure and interdependency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Fluency in English Good interpersonal and communication skills, as
well as stakeholder management skills Very good computer skills (MS
Office, especially Excel with good reporting skills and PowerPoint,
Oracle DV) Previous experience in reporting ? min. 3 years Process
orientated and open-minded, ?in a fast changing environment
Well-organised and structured, ability to prioritize and multitask
Good numeracy and attention to detail
