HR/ Payroll Specialist

Are you a Payroll Specialist with HR exposure and worked within a
multinational environment, then this is the job for you.

Our client is a Global organisation looking to recruit an experienced
HR/Payroll specialist to work with a great team of people in a very
busy division

DUTIES:

? Manage a payroll portfolio (around **Apply on the website**
payroll lips)
? Record the variable salary and permanent components according to
the payroll schedule as well as the information transmitted by the HR
local teams (bonuses, pensions, oppositions, loans, regularizations
linked to time & assistance management or to previous payrolls
cut-off, etc.)
? Update employee&#**Apply on the website**;s contract (amendment
and updates of the employee&#**Apply on the website**;s personal file
(bank account number , Private and disability insurance , Address,
children, etc...
? Performs payroll checks and justify every data within the
framework of the internal company standards
? Provide accounting reconciliations and transfers of wages, down
payments and monthly social contributions (?DSN?)
? Organizes team coordination meetings for his/her Payrolls
Specialist team and meetings around certain payroll issues and is
responsible for monitoring identified actions, etc?
? Level 2 Support to the HR service concerning employee?s
questions.
? Assist HR with Compensation & Benefits administrative activities
and Employee Relation administrative activities

EDUCATION:

? Degree in Business / Accounting or equivalent
? IPASS qualification a distinct advantage
? Experience of working with payroll software packages
? Strong Excel skills required
? Experience of working with Google Workspace applications and SAP
is an advantage
? Required to work on own initiative with good communication skills
? Flexible and willing to help out in a team environment
? Enthusiastic, Efficient & Organised individual
? Ability to coordinate payroll team activities independently
required

REQUIREMENTS:

? Strong working knowledge of payroll systems
? 6+ years experience in a similar role including coordination
activities desired
? Ability to coordinate a team to meet strict deadlines
? Previous experience in a large Multinational company required
? Previous exposure and interaction with Reward on the efficient
delivery of all the compensation and benefit elements in the Total
