Customer Service Manager
My client who are very large global company are looking to recruit a
customer service manager to be in charge of operations and lead the
engineering and support functions.

_YOU WILL_ have many direct reports including engineers out on site
and the customer service team. You must be assertive and a strong
motivating team leader. The role is based in Dublin.

This is a high profile role so you must be very dynamic.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

* Lead the engineering team and support teams

* Provide **Apply on the website**&#**Apply on the website**;s and
lead and encourage teams

* Develop improvement practices

* Provide leadership where required

* Drive talent through the business

* Manage budgets and financial targets

* Scheduling of works

* Lots of client contact

You must be:

* Of a commercial mindset

* Have good decision making ability

* Have excellent organisational skills

* Be well organised

* Have a mechanical and technical understanding of engineering costs

For this role ideally you will come from an electrical or power
generation background but if you are an exceptional customer service
manager and have led teams to success you may be considered.
