RESPONSIBILITIES
* Managing tax enquiries, audits and litigation for all tax heads
across a number of EMEA jurisdictions
* Liaising and negotiating directly with EMEA tax authorities
* Project managing internal finance, legal, HR, M&
A and external advisors to obtain supporting advice and information.
Analyzing, distilling and effectively communicating data received.
* Drafting response letters to tax authorities, legal briefs and
court submissions
* Working with global teams across all lines of business on tax
process improvements arising out of tax investigations
* Reporting to the EMEA Tax audit Lead and regularly working with the
Global Tax Leadership Team and Global Head of Tax
REQUIREMENTS

_ABILITY TO_ handle multiple tasks and deadline driven

_ABILITY TO_ work in a team or as an individual contributor
* Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
* Strong computer skills, especially Excel
* Qualified taxation / accounting professional with 7+ years&#**Apply

multinational corporation with an international focus
* Prior tax audit, controversies and/or transfer pricing experience
beneficial
* Fluency in English required and other language skills beneficial
* Based in Dublin with some international travel required
