Asset Manager - Litigation
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Asset Manager to support the
business as it goes through a vast period of growth, we are currently
recruiting for a dynamic collections professional to join our
Litigation team. We are looking for a driven, dynamic individual who
possesses a talent for thinking of new innovative ways. A great
communicator with our customers in professional, emphatic, and
professional manner putting the customer at the heart of what we do.

This role is ideal for someone who excels in proactive stakeholder
management and enjoys working in a challenging and fast paced mortgage
collections environment.

This role will be based at our Dublin office with some home working.
Due to the current Pandemic this will initially be a home-based role.

What will you be doing?

Management of an assigned portfolio of customer accounts including
customer contact properties with specific responsibility to
suggesting, implement, and oversee strategies in respect of the
properties within the portfolio during the litigation process Using
your detailed knowledge of the litigation process to ensure that the
case is progressing in line with the Courts procedures and processes
Provide clear instruction and direction and support, whilst
maintaining good relationships, with any third parties (Solicitors,
Barristers) regarding the determination of appropriate litigation
strategies and supporting documentation/execution Maintain
relationships with customers, developing their trust and monitoring
and oversight of accounts to ensure that promises made by us are kept
and that the customer adheres to the terms re resolution options
agreed.

Engaging in a positive, constructive, and transparent manner

Preparation of referrals for approvals summarising the
circumstances/recommended options for approval to be in the best
interest of both the borrowers and the client

Maintain detailed files and management information to ensure that
customer activity, milestones and recommended actions are tracked

Is this you?

Previous experience working as an Asset Manager (Litigation)
Proven track record of managing a high volume of cases whilst able to
work under pressure

Accurate review and interpretation of borrower?s financial
information

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Can work effectively as part of a team

Attention to detail and accuracy with strong organisational skills

Ideally QFA qualified, minimum APA required

Can demonstrate compliance to CCMA/CPC/SME codes
