ADMINISTRATOR FOR SISTERS OF ST LOUIS ? 6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Rathfarnham based

ABOUT THE EMPLOYER:

The Sisters of St Louis in the Irish Region, Republic and Northern
Ireland, consists of approximately **Apply on the website** Sisters.
Most Sisters in the Region have reached official retirement age.
However, apart from Sisters who are ill or very frail, many others are
still active in a broad range of pastoral, community and educational
work.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

To assist the Sisters? Leadership Team with administration, support
for various roles and compliance in oversight duties for the Sisters
of St Louis.

DUTIES:

* General secretarial
* Filing ? physical and electronic
* Assistance on GDPR structures and related issues
* Inputting, storing and keeping updated Sisters? personal and
medical information
* Assistance with Safeguarding of Children and Vulnerable Adults
paperwork
* Website support

SKILLSET:

* Fluent in English
* Excellent working knowledge of MS packages including Outlook,
Word, Excel and PowerPoint with accuracy of typing
* Strong attention to detail with ability to multi-task effectively
* A self-starter who can work on own initiative and take
responsibility for their work
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Flexible attitude and approach to tasks in hand
* Pleasant interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and
written)
* Can work proactively and independently, but can also take
instruction
* Is reliable in handling confidential information
* Sympathetic to the spirit of the Sisters and religious life
