Northern Ireland and Spain and are expanding our service and product

passionate about taking the next step in their learning and
development career to join us as a Beauty Manager in our exciting, new
in store beauty concept.
Our goal is to make Dunnes Stores the destination for all things
beauty and with your passion for training and connecting with people
we can achieve this goal. As our Beauty Manager you will lead by
example and give your team the tools and confidence they need to
provide exciting, unique and personalized feel good customer
interactions time and time again.
You?ll be the person who inspires both your customers and your team
to connect with beauty in a diverse, guided space. To help create this
space you will be responsible for the formation and implementation of
training plans that will be centred on an inclusive approach to
beauty, no matter the customer?s lifestyle.
As someone who is committed to creating an environment for our
customers, that is unparalleled to other retailers, you will lead the
education and training to ensure a seamless, personalized in store
experience for all. The customized training plans that you implement
will have a direct impact on the new beauty concepts overall
performance and you will be continuously evolving in order to ensure
both customer retention and satisfaction by monitoring service
standards.

Passionate about creating and implementing training plans
Highly motivated and able to work on your own initiative
Committed to your teams development
An enthusiastic, approachable and friendly personality
Passionate about keeping up to date with latest trends
Aware and able to assess regional trends and customer profile patterns
You need to have:
A demonstrated track record in people development and L&DExcellent
interpersonal and motivational skills and exemplary communication
skills
The confidence to create and execute in store events and be
comfortable speaking in front of large crowds
Previous retail operations experience including inventory, stock
management and cash reconciliation
The ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and
special events in a fast-paced environment
Please note that a relevant skincare or make-up qualification is
desirable but not essential.
