JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Sales Enablement Manager you will be responsible for new hire
onboarding, building out a skills development program for the ongoing
and continued coaching/training of the Corporate Sales Development
teams. In addition to this, working with the European Sales and
Marketing Analyst teams execute Demand generations programs. The
objectives of these programs and focus are to shorten the time to ramp
new hires and get them up and running effectively, identify
development needs of the greater team and provide improvement coaching
on both a team and individual level to optimize the effectiveness of
the global CSD team.

Additionally, these investments in skills development will be critical
in establishing a foundation of success and best practices for members
of the CSD and ESMA teams to aid in their career development. This
role will be focused on the EMEA audiences listed above but will
report into a North American Manager.

_RESPONSIBILITIES_ New hire onboarding and certification Monitor and
score?prospecting, qualification and other high-value activities
Conduct individual coaching sessions based on feedback from call
monitoring Work with the CSD management team to create ongoing
development plans for team members Analyze, identify and present
results, key take-aways and areas of improvement to stakeholders Keep
training and onboarding programs up to date with new material and
training techniques Develop persona based content / training for teams
based on market focus Plan, manage and execute ongoing skills
development workshop sessions Develop content /trainings for tenured
CSD reps to continue growing their skill set and techniques within the
role or, potentially, in view of setting up an inside sales stream of
work Skills and Experience Bachelor?s Degree in Business or related
discipline.

Given the nature of our products, a financial background is considered
an advantage Minimum 5 years experience in lead generation / sales
development position preferably B2B Demonstrated ability to achieve
and exceed goals in an automated sales environment where accurate
entry and management of lead data in a CRM system was required
High-caliber phone and listening skills. You must be engaging and
compelling over the phone

_ABILITY TO_ clearly articulate new methods and skills to team members
Confident, positive, energetic, professional and team-oriented
attitude Superior interpersonal, communication and problem-solving
skills Strong project management and organizational skills, ability to
do multi-task. Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and manage
competing demands in fast paced environment
