Main
_DUTIES_
Interpret weekly changing specifications and pack to the customers
desired bouquet styles.
Clean flowers pre-production if necessary
Pack flower bouquets in poly symmetrical fashion.
Pack by hand using hand eye co-ordination. Pack by processing line
placing stems on to achieve hand tied results.
Except and implement necessary substitutions and changes.
Pack plants and add value as necessary including planting pots,
baskets etc.
Fold sheets and sleeves to customer requirements.
Label sheets and sleeves to customer requirements including flash
labels Separate green waste, plastics and other recyclables to the
relevant bins. To perform the work in the most efficient manner.
?Mange your own health and safety and report any potential issues to
management.
Be responsible for hygiene in your immediate area adopt a clean as you
go policy.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
To be responsible for your work.
To assist with QA.
Work with a positive attitude and treat colleagues with respect.
To be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve the work
environment.
To participate in any training program as required, in order improving
your skills to carry out the job.
Further responsibilities may be added from time to time as the
strategy evolves. Be willing to participate in team related incentive
schemes
