Doctor Surgery in Clontarf: Medical Secretary / Receptionist (Part-Time)
A Part-Time Medical Secretary/Receptionist required for a friendly
busy Doctor Surgery in Clontarf. The successful applicant to ensure
the smooth running of the Reception area as well as being the first
point of contact for the Surgery. Excellent opportunity and working
environment with good back-up support for the right candidate.

SKILLS:

* General Administration
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Experience in GP software systems, Socrates, Healthmail and
Healthlink
* Technology skills needed with proficiency in use of computers
necessary
* On-the-job training can be provided
* Attention to detail a must
* Reliable & good time keeping

ADMINISTRATIVE /ACCOUNTING DUTIES TO INCLUDE:

* Scheduling appointments for patients
* Answering emails and sorting post
* Answering and transferring phone calls
* Ability to work as part of a team liaising between, Medical and
Administration Staff
* Support to Practice Manager in her role
* Processing Payments
* Billing & Purchasing

Position available from End of June. Initially 3 days per week from
9am to 5/6pm working up to 4/5 days weekly by the end of July.
