 To ensure that all reservations, extensions & cancellations are processed in a timely manner using RMS & TAS systems.
 Administer & follow up on traffic violation queries to ensure quick & timely resolution.
 Audit customer invoices to ensure compliance with account terms & conditions using in-house systems (RMS & GAR).
 Ensure resolution of any customer contacts within agreed timescales & service level agreements, conducting root analysis to ensure any issues are identified & resolved in a timely manner.
 Develop strong working relationships with branches & Departments to ensure an effective & efficient service is delivered.
 As required with specific accounts, arrange vehicle delivery or pickup for the customer, processing the reservation, including credit card & driving licence details on the RMS system.
 Feedback on any customer issues to Commercial Services Coordinator/Team Leader through the issue log to track problems/mistakes in order to eliminate future errors
