YOUR NEW COMPANY

Would you like to work for one of Ireland?s leading banks? Their
offices in Limerick are currently looking for a Complaints
Investigator to join their centralised complaints team. You will
initially start this role remotely however there usual office is based
in Limerick. The centralised complaints team look after complex
complaints across the Financial Solution Group. These complaints
include ones that have been escalated to the FSPO and their main
objective is to come to a resolution for the customer while delivering
great service. You will be joining a flexible working environment with
great room for development.

YOUR NEW ROLE

Your new role centres around investigating into complex complaints in
order to come up with a resolution for the customer. You will work
through a case load of complaints while looking into financial data,
liaising with internal stakeholders, listening back to calls and
looking into different interactions customers have had with the bank
in order to come up with a sound and fair solution for the complaint.
You will assist your team managers to write up the response letters
for the complaints adhering to timelines and SLA&#**Apply on the
website**;s.

In order to be successful, experience within a complaints role would
be desirable with strong letter writing skills. You may also have
experience dealing with arrears or restructures within a financial
institution. You will also need to have a minimum of APA in Loans and
Regulations. The entry level requirement for this role is a Level 8
Degree or else the Leaving Certificate with 5 passes including Maths
and English. If you have great communication and organisation skills
and can work of your own initiative then this is the role for you!
