We are looking for positive, self-motivated individuals to join our
staff as an Esthetician.
Skills You Need to be successful in this position:
?Must have Specific Education/License
?Must be focused on Customer Experience
?Must have a desire to help those in need
?Must have a nurturing attitude
?Must have great communication which involves both speaking and
listening
?Must have good time management skills
?Must have integrity and be empathic to others
Requirements
Essential Job Functions:
?Maintain positive guest relations at all times
?Perform various facial techniques including facial massage,
extractions and skin analysis with a smile
?Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of
work areas
?Maintain complete knowledge at all times of all resort
features/services, hours of operation, and resort amenities
?Positive, upbeat personality, works well on a team, desire to learn
and able to multi-task
Job Requirements:
?Must be licensed by the cosmetology board in California
?Previous customer service experience preferred
?Previous Resort/Spa experience
?Must be able to work in a calm and quiet spa setting
?Must be able to preform multiple services during the shift
?Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
?Hours will vary therefore a flexible schedule is required
