COMMUNITY NURSE MANAGER - RGN/RNID/RMN/RM - SOUTH DUBLIN

We are currently seeking experienced Community Nurses -
RGN/RNID/RMN/RM with strong people management experience - in Dublin
South area. The role gives the holder the opportunity to influence and
effect change in the lives of our clients.

With an aging population, the need to care for older people is an
important part of every community. Comfort Keepers are seeking a
Registered General Nurse, Registered Nurse Intellectual Disability,
Registered Mental Health Nurse Registered Midwife, or Registered
Paediatric Nurse who has strong commercial, clinical and care plan
management experience. You will ensure that the highest quality of
care is delivered to our clients. You will be capable of managing all
aspects of day to day operations, take responsibility and
accountability, possess excellent communication skills and lead the
implementation of our strategic vision.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

* Nursing Qualification (NMBI registration is required)
* Have demonstrated good commercial and business acumen;
* People management and conflict resolution experience;
* Understanding of clinical systems implementation methodologies,
process re-engineering, and change management;
* Solid verbal and written communication skills;
* Ability to work in a fast pace environment;
* Demonstrated leadership ability to manage a client resource team;
who in turn co-ordinate the carers.
* Preferred background in nursing, or other ancillary services or
relevant work experience in-home care industry;
* Community-based role (own car and full clean driving license
