This role offers an exciting opportunity to join one of the most
dynamic youth organisations in Ireland. The post holder will have a
unique opportunity to advance the health, safety, and equality of
LGBTI+ young people in collaboration with their colleagues in the
font-line team working through a Critical Social Educational Model of
Youth Work.

The post holder will have responsibility for supporting individual
young people on a one-to-one basis and in facilitating peer led LGBTI+
youth groups. The post holder will ensure the development and
implementation of appropriate youth work programs, projects, and
activities designed to meet the needs of LGBTI+ young people.
