YOUR TEAM

EMEA Global Fund Services (GFS) is a sub-department of Investment
Services and carries out the Fund Administration activities for
Invesco?s EMEA Retail Fund ranges. The department is split into five
main teams, one of which is the EMEA Fund Valuations Team.

The EMEA Fund Valuations Team is responsible for the accuracy and
delivery of all daily NAV calculations for all share classes across
all Fund ranges, including the oversight of those services performed
by our Third Party Provider. You will report into the Cross Border
Fund Valuations Manager.

YOUR ROLE

As a Fund Accounting Analyst onour Cross Border Fund Valuations
team,you will play an important role in the oversight of NAV related
activities performed by Third Party Administrator (TPA) Companies
appointed by Invesco to administer the Funds to ensure an optimum
level of service provided to Invesco.

You will be responsible for:
* Undertake necessary control checks and review of TPA reporting to
ensure NAVs are calculated in an accurate & timely manner
* Monitor & report on the NAV & NAV related services provided by TPA
in adherence with the agreed Service Level Agreements
* Ensure all processes completed by TPAs within agreed SLAs and
engage in discussions at regular service review meetings
* Implement daily swing pricing policy and perform swing pricing
reporting
* Manage queries received by TPA or internal Invesco parties,
resolve in a timely manner and escalate where necessary.
* Contribute to department planning & initiatives. Suggest &
implement improvements to procedures & processes
* Assist in implementing product development and business change
projects between TPA and Invesco through to satisfactory completion

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU?LL BRING

You will have:
* At least five years relevant experience of Fund Administration
and/or NAV Oversight of Mutual and Money Market Funds.
* Participation in service review meetings and producing/reviewing
of KPI?s an advantage.
* Good understanding of the investment management industry and
regulations.
* Strong Excel skills with good knowledge of VBA.
* Background in review of NAV impacting items including but not
limited to asset pricing, hedging and Investor anti-dilution
mechanisms.
* Motivated self-starter with the ability to work well under
pressure and multi-task as necessary.
