Branch Administrator
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
for the Branch Administrator
* Branch administrator part time **Apply on the website**.5 hours per
week.
* Responsible for general branch administration and documentation
related to and associated with the branch facility, including ensuring
in-boxes are monitored and answered in a timely manner.
* To maintain all SafetyKleen branch systems with full
accountability for their integrity.
* To deputise for the CSTL (with training and development) and
ensure critical aspects of the role are maintained in his or her
absence.
* Other duties when required

ROLE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR
* Intermediate Excel skills and strong general computer literacy
skills including MS Office applications or similar including
experience within CRM systems
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* To be a team player, self-motivated and able to work on own
initiative
* Great interpersonal skills
