suicidal, engage in self-harm or who are bereaved by suicide. Pieta

JOB PURPOSE
Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, Pieta are now
seeking to recruit an experienced IT Manager. Initially working
remotely, the role will be passed in First Floor, Greenhills Retail
Park, Greenhills Road, Tallaght, Dublin **Apply on the website**,

By joining Pieta House, you will be supporting the provision of
counselling services to clients, by ensuring the stability of existing
technologies and identifying opportunities for the adoption of new
technologies and ways of working. You will be responsible for
equipping Pieta employees with the technology and data in a secure
environment that enable them provide services for our clients anyhow
and anywhere.
The ideal candidate will have experience in tackling various hardware
and software problems. They should be comfortable providing technology
solutions to employees and working closely with third party software
companies to adopt new technologies and efficiently use existing ones.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for IT Financial Planning and Management - Capital and
Expense budgeting
* Ensuring a stable and secure IT operation environment
* Manage the third-party relationships with outsourced service
providers supported by appropriate Service Level Agreements.
* Responsible for IT Software License Management
* In collaboration with department heads, identify and deliver new
IT solutions and products to facilitate growth and expansion of
service to clients and the donor community.
* Manage the delivery of a data platform and analysis capability to
enable the development of Management Dashboards and Reporting.
* Manage IT projects, on time and within budget
* Manage compliance of all IT, products and services with Data
Protection and other relevant regulatory and legal constraints.
* Prepare, maintain and keep updated IT procedures and documentation
related to our processes and platforms operations
* Ensure compliance of all IT products and services with GDPR, Data
Protection and other relevant regulatory and legal constraints
* Ensure privacy and security of client and donor information is
secured at all times through process, technical and staff awareness
and education initiatives.
THE PERSON
* Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,
Engineering, Business or technical discipline Minimum of 2 years?
working experience as IT Systems Administrator or related field.
* Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills with the ability
to communicate technical issues to stakeholders at all levels across
the organisation.
* Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills,
* Customer-service oriented with high problem-solving skills,
* Proven ability to manage complex tasks,
* Strong analytical skills,
* Demonstrated problem solving ability,
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability
to present technical information in a clear and concise manner to a
variety of audiences.

As Pieta is a national organisation, this role may require travel for
work and a willingness to work outside office hours.
