Steam Sterilisation Engineer

company in Cork that&#**Apply on the website**;s is recruiting for a
Steam Sterilisation Engineer for their site on a permanent basis.

Responsible for sustained development of the Steam Sterilisation
Centre of Excellence for terminal sterilisation of Medical Device and
Drug/Device combination products to meet the current and future
business needs of our patients and customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor the performance of the current process and products and
develop Quality and Efficiency improvement plans.

* Lead the implementation of new and transferred products to the site.
This will be achieved through collaboration with the NPI teams.

* Identify new opportunities in the network though R&D or Acquisition
activities including conversion of products from ETO to Steam
sterilization.

* Maintain &#**Apply on the website**;State of the Art&#**Apply on the
website**; knowledge of the Steam Sterilisation process regarding
regulatory and Technology development.

* Consult and interacts with external and internal experts and engage
with relevant industry bodies and associations.

* Represent my client on the podium in relevant Industry conferences
Management Requirements

Education/Experience

* Level 8 qualification required in Science/Engineering or relevant
discipline.

* **Apply on the website** + years experience in a manufacturing
environment with experience of steam sterilisation processes and
technologies. Preference for experience in terminal sterilisation.

* Demonstrated experience of actively pursuing new technologies and
driving innovation within the steam sterilisation processes.

* Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal and
external SME&#**Apply on the website**;s.
