Portsmouth, NH.
Client Advisors serve ourrapidly-expanding worldwide client base
atsome of the worlds largest enterprises. Client Advisors assist
clients in leveraging Mavens proprietary Global Knowledge Marketplace
in order to find quick answers to pressing problems and solve critical
business challenges of all sizes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
On a day-to-day basis, a Maven Client Advisor will be interacting
constantly with Maven clients, Maven members, Maven senior staff and
the Maven platform. In particular, a Maven Client Advisor will:
* Educate clients on leveraging the Maven platform to solve their
critical business challenges
* Assist with and/or execute client research projects on the Maven
platform
* Build and maintain strong client communications channels with
designated accounts
* Increase awareness and usage at existing client accounts
* Respond to inbound user queries
* Support sales team with platform demonstrations to prospective and
new clients
* Support management as required
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal Maven Client Advisor is a highly intelligent, hard working
and enthusiastic team player who demonstrates the following
characteristics:
* Bachelors degree with a minimum GPA of 3.3
* 3 to 7 years relevant industry and client service experience
* Superb verbal communication and interaction skills (telephone and
in-person)
* Excellent written communication skills (writing samples required)
* Successful history working in complex team environments
* Extraordinary attention to detail
* High integrity and professionalism
* Strong desire to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented startup
environment
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
* Extremely self-motivated
