This is a fantastic opportunity to join a blue chip company, working for one of the most high profile brands in the technology world. Due to rapid expansion we are looking to recruit technical support specialists to handle emails from business customers. Responsibilities: Dealing with business sector customers you will receive incoming email requests looking to resolve technical issues relating to online applications. Using the internal computer system you will log tickets, open cases and track communications and escalate to level 2 support. You will provide a high level of support in a timely manner, ensuring outstanding levels of customer service to worldwide application users.Working as part of a team you will achieve and maintain service level statistics as defined.

Skills Requirements
A good basic understanding of web applications is required, excellent customer service with good technical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work within a 24 x 7 operation.
