We are looking to recruit a team of multi-lingual technical support specialists to handle calls from business customers. Responsibilities: Dealing with business sector customers you will receive incoming calls requesting you to resolve technical issues relating to online web applications. You will diagnose basic technical issues with web applications and aim to solve problems. You will be responsible for escalating the more difficult cases accordingly. Using the internal system to log tickets and track actions and communication with customers.
Skills Requirements
A basic understanding of web-based applications is required as is excellent IT skills, a passion for technology, excellent customer service and communication skills. An effective team player who has the ability to work a 24x 7 shift pattern. Fluency in English essential.
