Construction Quality Manager
One of the fastest growing construction companies in Ireland is
seeking to add an experienced Quality Manager to their team. The
Construction Quality Manager will join a vibrant, highly skilled and
standards driven enterprise.

Reporting into the company Directors, the Quality Manager ensures the
company is in compliance with relevant ISO standards and guidelines
related to quality management, social and environmental responsibility
and risk management. The individual develops, reviews and maintains

relevant documents required. They are responsible for managing
workplace systems such as Procore and standard operating procedures,
performs quality control inspections and audits internal and external
systems.

The Quality Manager communicates to department heads so that they can
support the company&#**Apply on the website**;s goals and objectives
in addition to reporting key quality metrics and investigation
findings related to business performance.

The Quality Manager:

experience in an Engineering /QA/QC/ System Admin Role

* Relevant 3rd level qualification or equivalent in a related
discipline

* Proficient in IT including; MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

The Role:

* Assisting with ensuring that processes needed for the Quality
Management System (QMS) for ISO are established implemented and
maintained

* Induct new staff to the systems, train existing staff on changes and
keep records of compliance to the QMS

* Help move the ISO system to paperless and cloud storage for all
documents

* Working with internal team members, external customers, and
suppliers to determine the requirements as they relate to each
situation - the Quality Manager will be expected to perform this task,
keep the information up to date, and ensure effective communication
between the parties

* Assist in establishing and continual improvement of the QMS and
processes. Ensure that the process flow mapping for the corporate
processes are documented and updated as needed

* Capture metrics and provide reports on the quality performance
including any need for improvement

* Responsibility and authority for the Quality Management System (QMS)
- including collaboration with and reporting to the leadership team,
reporting, and auditing duties.

* Ensure the promotion of awareness of quality requirements throughout
the organisation

* Create training material, monitor progress, and ensure general
understanding of the quality requirements

* Provide internal audit and ongoing assessment for ISO compliance

* Publish audit schedule

* Update/create audit templates for audit of specific process
areas/projects

* Provide monthly audit report

* Track and monitor audit compliance activities
