Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Quantity Surveyor working on an exciting high rise development

area.
Senior Quantity Surveyor Criteria:
* 7+ yrs Post-Graduate experience with a Main Contractor.
* Experience of RC frame / apartments / commercial projects
* An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
* Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to
subcontractors, suppliers and consultants along with normal QS duties
* Large scale Residential / Commercial experience is essential
* To have strong analytical skills and ability to present findings
* Undertaking monthly internal valuations and production of monthly
cost reports
* Reporting on budgets and variations
* Maintaining subcontractor and supplier contractual details
