for a Market Specialist role that will drive changes and bring real
impact to our community of 2 billion users. The Market Specialist will
be part of a data-driven analysis culture and help scale our
operations by optimising and automating processes, solving challenging
problems and, most importantly, helping to prevent them. The
successful candidate will impact the support experience for users in
Denmark and across the world, including how we review content, resolve
user issues and address global trends and challenges. We are looking
for someone who can align cross-functional partners to ensure that our
users get the best possible experience for our platforms. Those who

community. The role is a full-time position, based in our Dublin,
Ireland office.

* Use market specific knowledge, signals and insights to spot and
scope scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of
users in the Danish market and in our global community of users at
scale
* Understand and investigate issues experienced by our users and
analyse patterns and opportunities for improvement
* Liaise closely with our vendors to ensure all operational KPIs
meet and exceed targets and work collaboratively to improve processes
and tools and scale solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our processes
and tools
* Remain up to date on key workflow changes, operational guidelines,
policy updates and our Community Standards
* Investigate and resolve issues that are reported on Facebook such
as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive
content including but not limited to graphic images, videos and
writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other objectionable
material
* Analyse key metrics to improve our operational workflows
* Independently deliver solutions for key experience issues through
effective problem solving and project management
* Use your problem solving skills to resolve large and complex
business problems
* Be the Subject Matter Expert and Go-to-Person for specific,
complex topics

* Bachelors degree and/or masters or equivalent experience
* 2+ years of professional experience within an Project management
operational environment
* Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative
problem-solving skills
* Fluency in written and conversational Danish and demonstrable
ongoing connection with community in Denmark and detailed knowledge of
region&#**Apply on the website**;s culture and common practices

* Strong data and/or visualisation skills (SQL/excel/tableau etc)
