Localization Project Manager
Project Managers - Localization

Due to continuing growth, Keywords International, a leading Video Games Localization company, headquartered in Dublin Ireland, with facilities in Montreal, Tokyo & Rome, are looking for Localization Project Managers to manage multiple localization projects of different sizes, genres, platforms for multiple clients simultaneously and ensure their profitable, quality delivery within the timeframe agreed with the client. The project scopes we have are diverse and are a range of both on-site and off site client projects, which can provide great exposure and learnings to current and next generation technologies.

The LPM is responsible for the profitable delivery of localization projects. The role covers all aspects of project managment including:

Project Initiation
Work closely with sales, customer management and the client directly to understand the scope of and requirements for each project
Advise clients on best practices and agree on project processes and timelines
Liaise with the company�s Business Development Manager/COO in order to set up a quotation that will satisfy the needs of the client
Lead project planning process and �kick-off� meetings and ongoing project-related meetings, as needed

Client Relationship
Work closely with clients� Localisation Project manager or similar to solicit, receive and clarify project specifications
Liaise with clients to understand their goals and expectations, and anticipate/address client needs and concerns to prevent issues
Communicate regularly and professionally with the clients LPM or similar to discuss the performance of the projects
Communicate regularly with the client through email, phone calls and periodic meetings in order to get detailed feedback so as to timely and efficiently proceed with any necessary corrective actions/changes/improvements.

Project Planning
Estimate and plan projects from start to finish, with built-in contingencies.
Develop effective working relationships and ongoing management processes for each project.
Define the deliverables, resource requirements and work plan for the project.
Project Resourcing
Working with the HR Manager, ensure each of their projects are resourced effectively taking into account the best available resources and the costs of the resources.
Select, instruct and manage internal and external resources in order to ensure the right resources are used and that they perform according to the project instructions, client expectations and the company\'s QA procedures
Work with HR to ensure utilization of the most appropriate resources to meet client expected quality standards

Project Management
Monitor responsibilities in a given project (localization plan, post mortems, resources, submissions, etc.)
Implement and maintain project scheduling and resource allocation together with Language Lead (when applicable) and Localization Manager and COO
Continuously manage and adapt the work plan and resources required in consultation and agreement with the client.
