POSITION SUMMARY

OPERATIONTRAINING ARE SEEKING A FLEXIBLE & DYNAMIC INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN
THE TEAM. THEMAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE IS TO DESIGN, DELIVER AND
IMPLEMENT TRAININGPROGRAMMES ACROSS ALL OPERATIONAL AREAS OF THE
BUSINESS. ANOTHER KEY PART OFTHE ROLE IS TO DELIVER CLASSROOM TRAINING
AND COACHING TO NEW TEAM MEMBERS ANDTO IDENTIFY AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT
AND DEVELOPMENT FOR CURRENT EMPLOYEES.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

IN CONJUNCTION WITH OPERATION MANAGERS AND TLS, ANALYSE THEBUSINESS
NEEDS OF THE TEAMS TO DEFINE AND ASSESS FUTURE TRAINING
REQUIREMENTSAND DOCUMENT AND MAINTAIN THESE PLANS

RESEARCH, DESIGN, WRITE, REVIEW AND EDIT TRAINING MATERIALSTO SUPPORT
BUSINESS NEEDS IN A TIMELY MANNER. UPDATE EXISTING TRAININGDOCUMENTS
WHEN REQUIRED

QUICKLYLEARN, UNDERSTAND AND EXPLAIN THE FEATURES OF A COMPLEX PRODUCT
OR PROCESS

ENSURE THAT NEW HIRE TRAINING CYCLE IS COMPLETED FOR EACHTEAM MEMBER
WITHIN SET TIMELINES

PROVIDE FULL TRAINING ON PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES TO THEOPERATION
TEAMS

MANAGE THE TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS, WHERE SKILLS ARE BEINGCONTINUOUSLY
ASSESSED POST TRAINING AND ONGOING UP SKILLING IS FACILITATED

BUILD AND MAINTAIN EFFECTIVE WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITHOTHER TRAINERS
AND TRAINING MANAGER
AVAILABLE TO TRAVEL FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES

ANALYSE BUSINESS NEEDS TO DEFINE AND ASSESS TRAININGREQUIREMENTS
PROVIDE CORE SYSTEM TECHNICAL TRAINING

ENSURE THAT MINIMUM COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS ARE MET,SUSTAINED AND
ENHANCED

CONTRIBUTE TO AND IDENTIFY PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION
OF NEW PROJECTS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF TRAININGENSURING THAT ALL
