CENTRE MANAGER
D?chas Midwest Autism Support is a registered Charity that provides
services to support children and young people with Autism (Autism
Spectrum Disorder), as well as their parents and family members in the
Mid West region. We also offer social outlets for children and young
people with Autism.
REPORTING TO: Board of D?chas
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* The effective administration and management of the Centre
operations and staff.
* Budget planning and managing an approved budget. Also pursuing
funding opportunities to support the service and preparing funding
proposals.
* Offering information and support to families and individuals with
Autism.
* Maintaining co-ordination and good working relationships with all
relevant external agencies, including HSE, local Health Clinics,
Multidisciplinary teams, and schools.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIRED
* A minimum of 3 years? experience of management of projects and
staff in the community and voluntary sector
* Relevant Professional 3rd level qualification in the area of
Business/Management. (A lesser formal qualification may suffice in a
case of significant experience and achievement)
* Track record of achievements and leadership accomplishment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
