PROJECT MANAGER

Pieta provide a range of counselling services for people who are
suicidal, engage in self-harm or who are bereaved by suicide. Pieta
House also operate a national **Apply on the website**-hour helpline

Education and Training office. We are committed to delivering our
services with care and professionalism and continue to strive to
ensure that we provide the best service for our clients.

Reporting to the Clinical Programme Manager, Pieta are now seeking to
recruit a Project Manager.

HOURS: **Apply on the website** hours per week over 5 days (Monday to
Friday, 9am-5pm)
CONTRACT TYPE: One year fixed term basis
SALARY: Dependent on experience
ANNUAL LEAVE: **Apply on the website** days per annum
LOCATION: Head Office ? Tallaght

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Support the clinical team on the delivery of strategic programmes
to enhance service delivery for our clients
* Work closely with the clinical team to identify priorities,
develop project scopes and objectives, and ensuring the involvement of
all relevant stakeholders
* Identify resources required and negotiate timeframes for delivery
of goals, ensuring interdependencies are identified and addressed
* Develop detailed project plans and track progress
* Work closely with all stakeholders ensuring effective
communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
* Identify risks to projects and work to mitigate these, resolving
issues as they arise and escalating as required
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
* Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various
stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
* Chair meetings, facilitate workshops, and lead project teams to
support the delivery of projects
* Develop communication plans to support the delivery of projects
ensuring all stakeholders are kept up to date and informed

THE PERSON

* Experience in Project/Programme Management in the areas of Health,
Mental Health or Social Care
* Minimum Level 8 Qualification in the areas of Health, Mental
Health or Social Care
* Relevant Project Management Qualification
* Excellent IT skills
* Strong problem-solving skills
* The ability to plan work and meet deadlines
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal skills to lead and/or work as part of a
team
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills including report
writing
