Account Manager/Senior Account Manager
WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ACCOUNT MANAGER TO JOIN OUR GAMBLING DIVISION
BASED IN DUBLIN. RESPONSIBLE FOR BUILDING AND DEVELOPING RELATIONSHIPS
WITH EXISTING MERCHANTS BY SUPPORTING, OFFERING SOLUTIONS AND
ULTIMATELY GROWING THE CUSTOMER BASE TO MAXIMISE REVENUE
OPPORTUNITIES. THIS ROLE PROVIDES A FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE YOUR

STAGE OF GLOBAL DEVELOPMENT

ROLE DESCRIPTION
* Account manager, key accounts for the Gambling and Gaming industry.
* Create and drive new business through sales pitches, presentations
and sales propositions by upselling innovative solutions to existing
customers.
* Grow turnover and increase the sizeof the customers base by
acquiring a larger portion of their deposit flow through our methods
of payment.
* Liase with marketing and product teams to ensure constant
benchmarking and price comparisons.
* Organise, attend and represent Paysafecard at industry events and
exhibitions tailored to the gambling industry.
* Support the team by participating in multiple development projects
to increase and strengthen the effectivness of the account managers.
* Engage in direct sales business development activities to acquire
new customers and partners (merchants) to expand the Company?s
existing client base and revenue sources within the EU/UK
* Update the CRM system to track leads and identify solid business
opportunities. Maintain the CRM system to a high standard ensuring all
information is secured.
* Participate in contract bids and responses to Requests for
Proposals (RFPs) as required

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
* Outstanding experience in building and developing relationships
with existing customers.
* Previous experience in building new business is a key asset.
* Knowledge of eCommerce and online payment industries.
* Understanding of website design and functionality flows.
* Must be a disciplined self-starter, results driven and committed
to achieving career recognition with financial reward.
* Ability to lead by example and present a professional image
* Outstanding interpersonal communication and analytical skills
* High internet affinity along with proficiency in MS office tools
(PowerPoint, outlook, Excel)

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
* Degree in a business-related field preferred.
* Fluent in English and other European languages would be a bonus
* You bring 3 to 5 years of relevant account management experience.
Gambling knowledge of the industry would also be strongly questioned.
* The position is based in Dublin and the candidate must be prepared
to travel regularly.
* The salary & bonus will be settled in Euros.
